Text messages
anchor text messages help patients finish and update their advance care plans. You receive them only after you agree: a patient agrees when their clinician refers them, and anyone a patient adds receives one text asking them to reply YES before anything else is sent.
- Messages include reminders that a plan is waiting, one-time signing codes, and replies to messages you send. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property
The Anchor name, branding, website content, and underlying technology are owned by Anchor Advance Care LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Patent pending.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
